Location of the monument

The monument is in the National Cemetery about 520 feet from the Visitor Center. Follow the path from the Sunken Road entrance to the cemetery up the hill, bear left just past the flagpole, and the monument will be on the left just beyond the end of the brick pavement. (38°17’33.9″N 77°28’06.5″W)
