The Confederate Field Hospital wayside marker is at the site of Lee’s Headquarters at Appomattox Court House. It is across the parking lot from the Confederates Trapped orientation marker and the Lee’s Last Headquarters wayside marker.

The Confederate Field Hospital wayside marker is on the west side of the parking area at the site of Lee’s Headquarters in the Appomattox Court House National Historical Park. The site of Lee’s Headquarters is along a pull out about 1 1/4 mile to the northeast of the park’s Visitor Center on the right side of Virginia Route 24. (37°23’29.1″N 78°47’01.1″W)
