The monument to the Florida Civil War dead is in Stonewall Confederate Cemetery in Winchester, Virginia. (see map below) The monument was erected by the Florida Daughters of the Confederacy. The area around the monument is the last resting place for 38 Floridians.

Location

The Florida monument is in Stonewall Confederate Cemetery, part of Mount Hebron Cemetery on the east side of Winchester, Virginia. (39°10’56.6″N 78°09’26.8″W) The main cemetery entrance is from Boscawen Avenue at East Lane. Winchester National Cemetery is just across the street to the north.
