The Georgia monument is in Stonewall Confederate Cemetery, part of Mount Hebron Cemetery on the east side of Winchester, Virginia. (39°10’59.9″N 78°09’27.0″W) The main cemetery entrance is from Boscawen Avenue at East Lane. Winchester National Cemetery is just across the street to the north.
