Location

The Florida monument is in Stonewall Confederate Cemetery, part of Mount Hebron Cemetery on the east side of Winchester, Virginia. (39°10’56.5″N 78°09’26.2″W) The main cemetery entrance is from Boscawen Avenue at East Lane. Winchester National Cemetery is just across the street to the north.
